Our prices

Prices and discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 7 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 persons.

For every additional person we charge 10 €/night.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating and WiFi Internet . Final cleaning € 40.-.

In winter your ski shoes are dried by us.

Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

Pets

For your four-legged family members we charge 30 € for the final cleaning.

Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.

Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit for 3 day has been paid.

Please fill in your name and the period as the purpose of payment. Our bank details are available at the time of booking.

For stays of less than 5 days there is a surcharge of 20% per person and night.

The fee for final cleaning is already included in the price, unless you have a pet with you.

Payment:  Please pay 2 days before arrival.
The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer (during rest payment at the vacation end a confirmation must be submitted) or cash

Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 16 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 14 clock. Please let us know your approximate arrival time. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 09:30 clock. Other times are possible upon request.

Cancellation

Please understand that in case of late cancellations (2  weeks prior to the start of your holiday) we will retain the deposit and in case of a late arrival or early departure we will retain the deposit and charge the total price of your stay.

We are looking forward to your visit! Until 1 months before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 3 days of the total price of your stay.
